2 Weeks!!!!!!!!!!!

2 weeks from today it will be a big day for the future of the Minnesota Timberwolves. Get to see our new logo and uniforms and we will be making a selection at 3 or somewhere after that depending if there is a trade or not. This is the biggest draft for the Wolves in some time. Possibly 3 picks. This is just going to be another big step in getting this team into the right direction. I think we are certainly getting there but we have to keep on making smart decisions and it starts in 2 weeks with the draft.

When/how are they announcing the new unis?

And do you know what time the draft starts? I can't find it anywhere.

I can't wait for that day. I wish some more "big names" would work out for the team instead of area guys and whatnot.

Nex week is when the lotto guys come in again. Hoiberg was on PA an Dubay yesterday- they are all down in Houston. He said by the end of the week they will have looked at 42 guys for the second round picks.

i dont know for sure, but i am assuming, and hoping, that they give our draft pick a hat with the new logo, and then show the jersey the next day during their press conferences..either that, or they do some sort of unveiling earlier on draft day

i wish pictures wouldve been leaked so i could see them now..i know the vikings ones had been leaked months before they were shown

Really? if that is true then it's good i waited cause i was going to get one of the draft caps which has the old logo on it. Draft cap this year is similiar to last years

The last Wolves season ticket holder email newsletter had this to say about the new logo/unis...

The Timberwolves logo will be receiving a facelift in the upcoming weeks. The facelift will reveal a cleaner, sleeker design of the tree line and script along with subtle changes to the wolf's head. Along with the tweaks of the primary logo, the Timberwolves will unveil a completely re-designed secondary logo that you will see throughout the year in our correspondence. Both logos will debut at the 2008 NBA Draft on June 26. The Wolves' first-round pick will be given a draft cap featuring the new secondary logo.

well they always introduce the players the next day during a press conference, and they always take a picture holding the jersey after thats done, so im assuming we will catch a glimpse of them then possibly
